Here's everything you need to know when ordering from Fidget Fairy.

 

🧚 Ordering From Us

 

Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order — we'd hate for your parcel of pixie goodness to end up at the wrong house!

 

Once your order has been packed and sent, you'll receive any available delivery information.

 

If something doesn't look right with your order, just pop us a message and we'll help.

 

📦 Returns

 

Changed your mind? No problem.

 

If you'd like to return something, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll let you know where to send it.

 

Items need to come back unused and in their original condition.

 

Unless we've sent you the wrong item or your product arrived faulty, you'll need to cover the cost of sending it back to us.

 

Once your return reaches us, we'll get your refund sorted back to the payment method you originally used.

 

💕 Something Arrived Damaged?

 

Oh no! Please get in touch with us as soon as you can.

 

Send us your order details and, where possible, a photo showing what's wrong so we can get it sorted for you.

 

🌈 A Little Note About Squishies & Fidgets

 

Fidgets are made to be fiddled with, squished and enjoyed — but even the squishiest little guys have their limits! 😂

 

Please don't excessively pull, stretch, twist, bite or deliberately try to pop your toys.

 

If your squishy has been stretched halfway across the living room, squeezed within an inch of its life or deliberately popped… unfortunately that's not something we can refund or replace. 🙈

 

Normal faults are completely different, so if you genuinely think there's something wrong with your toy when it arrives, just get in touch.

 

🎁 Mystery Boxes

 

Mystery boxes are exactly that… a mystery! ✨

 

The pictures on our website give you an idea of the kinds of goodies you might find inside, but every box can be different.

 

Colours, characters, styles and individual toys may vary, which is all part of the surprise.

 

🎨 Colours & Designs

 

Some of our products come in assorted colours or designs.

 

If there isn't an option to choose your favourite when ordering, your Fidget Fairy will choose one for you. 🧚

 

We can't promise a particular colour or character unless it's specifically shown as an option on the product page.

 

👶 Grown-Ups, Please Read!

 

Always check the age recommendation and any warnings on the individual toy or packaging before giving it to a child.

 

Some of our products contain small parts and aren't suitable for very young children.

 

Please supervise little ones while they're playing and regularly check toys for damage.

 

If something splits, breaks, leaks or becomes damaged, it's time for that little fidget to retire!

 

🍭 Slime, Putty & Sensory Goodies

 

Always follow the instructions on the product packaging.

 

Please don't eat them — even if they smell ridiculously good. 😂

 

If your child has sensitive skin or allergies, please check the ingredients and packaging before use.

We only ask for the information we actually need to get your order from Fidget Fairy HQ to your front door.

 

That might include your name, email address, delivery address, order information and payment information.
